This renovation of a super small 1930’s era craftsman home enlarged the floor plan to allow for the continued use of this great family.

The plan packs alot of house onto a small footprint, making the home 4 bedroom and 3-1/2 baths. A large open family room with a open kitchen facing the back yard looks onto a covered timber frame carport. The new carport serves as band rehearsal space for the owner’s rock band!
