Paces Forest Colonial Renovation

This major renovation in Buckhead, close to Pace Academy off West Paces Ferry Road was the reestablishment of this family home. The house was sited on a difficult sloped lot with a creek running across the back of the property, hemming in any additions.

The design basis was to update and modernize this family home, while not destroying its original allure.

A new family room, living room with wood beam ceilings, and a new master suite was designed. The entirety of the house was gutted, redesigned, and updated, including new windows and back deck to maximize the creek view. Built by MacAllan Fine Homes.
