Oakhurst Renovation

A large multiyear renovation was envisioned to allow a busy family to enjoy the home and the property for years to come. A new enlarged living room space, custom kitchen, scullery, and renovated upstairs including new playroom are housed in the main footprint of the home. 
 
A new home gym space (and work out space), and accessory dwelling unit are attached in the back of the home.  A new back porch for outdoor dining with a mechanical arbor/rain shade was introduced, and even the Koi fish collection gets a new home!
