Athens - Five Points

This major renovation of a 1960’s era ranch house in the Five Points area of Athens near the University of Georgia campus included adding a new front porch, and a new family room piece in the back of the house. A new side entrance off the driveway allowed the clients to be able to bring children in from school, and stow away backpacks and sports equipment in a new mudroom.

The new family room off the kitchen steps down and has a direct connection with the newly landscaped backyard. Bluestone patio and brick retaining walls complement and enhance the architectural design, unifying this renovation for a great family to enjoy for years to come.
