Jefferson place
This renovation of a historic Lelia Ross Wilburn two story classic craftsman home from the 1920’s on Jefferson Place in Decatur, Georgia was really a whole house renovation.
We opened up the back of the house, and totally remodeled a kitchen that made no sense for the owners. The new kitchen functions as the heart of the house, and has a great connection to a screen porch, and family room spaces.
We also added a mud-room off the main kitchen space, a guest bedroom on the main floor, and then moved the laundry upstairs.
The primary suite completely changed, and new primary closets were enlarged, and a primary bathroom was added with a unique barrel vaulted ceiling shower with furniture grade cabinet fixtures.
