Newnan-Colonial Restoration

Newnan, Georgia is known as the “City of Homes”, and three generations of the same family have lived in this classic, historic property. Our clients asked for a renovation cleaning up previous remodels, including removing the front porch roof, and re-building historic dormer windows. The existing attic was also renovated into an art studio and includes large Velux window/skylights.

Further additions to the house include a large 3 car garage with master bedroom suite above, and enlarged master bathroom space with walk-in shower, and closet space. Garage includes heavy duty winch system for extraction of motors.
